Webinar Description

If you want to achieve an optimal pelvic floor muscle contraction, you need to cue to the pelvic floor specifically. The pelvic floor muscles are the invisible link of the core, and for this reason are often observed through the action of transversus abdominis. In 30% of women cueing a transversus abdominis contraction will result in depression of the pelvic floor (instead of elevation) and therefore effective co-contraction should never be assumed.
