The 2019 PNZ Annual General Meeting will be held on the day of the Business Symposium (the AGM is scheduled for 4.15pm on 1 November 2019, at Jet Park Hotel, 63 Westney Road, Mangere, Auckland).
PNZ members have the opportunity to vote for PNZ Executive vacancies, leading up to the 2019 PNZ Annual General Meeting. If nominations exceed the number of vacancies, a vote will occur by electronic ballot, as defined in the PNZ Rules. There are three PNZ Executive vacancies to be filled this year, one of which is a designated Māori seat (endorsed by Tae Ora Tinana).
PNZ Executive nominations need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by 30 August 2019. Nominations for Life Members and Honorary Fellow Members closed on 31 July. The submission of Items for the AGM Agenda / Notices of Motion close on 30 September.
