Consultation on ACC Cost of Treatment Regulations
As some PNZ members may be aware, The Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is responsible for administering the Cost of Treatment Regulation (CoTR) payment for ACC.
As part of this responsibility, MBIE conduct an annual review of the CoTR and are currently consulting on a proposal to increase rates and extend the time between reviews from one year to two. More about the current consultation is available here.
As noted in the December 2019 PNZ Monthly Email, PNZ has made a submission written by PNZ Chief Executive Sandra Kirby with input from the PNZ members before the consultation closed on 13 December,
