Supporting physiotherapy businesses
Recognising that physiotherapy business models have changed in recent years, work began by HealthiNZ in 2020 to understand how PNZ can best help member practices. Starting with research on the types of businesses that make-up our profession, HealthiNZ spoke with PNZ physiotherapy business owners to identify areas of support that are of most value and highlighted these in a HealthiNZ PNZ Business Owner Report.
PNZ Business Hub
While PNZ had offered services in some of these areas, the HealthiNZ report identified opportunities for improvement. To realise these we again partnered with HealthiNZ to provide business support resources through a PNZ Business Hub, now available to all members. Designed to be easy to use and link to valuable business information, content on the hub is relevant to a range of physiotherapy practices and searchable by stage, activity and keyword.
