The framework and guidance has been developed by the Professional Development Committee (Gill Stotter—Chair, Ben Darlow, Melissa Davidson, Karen Evison, Jillian McDowell, and Gisela Sole), drawing heavily from the NZ Health Quality & Safety Commission’s framework for clinical governance.3 The development has been informed by expert input, existing literature and frameworks, and stakeholder consultation.
