Physiotherapy Conference 2024
Description
Hosted every two years Physiotherapy Conference is PNZ’s largest event for the profession, bringing together members, speakers, stakeholders, and sponsors from Aotearoa New Zealand and overseas. Designed to attract 650+ attendees in 2024, the purpose of the conference is to provide inspiring content and facilitate connection across PNZ. Physiotherapy Conference 2024 will be held from 6 to 8 September at Te Pae Convention Centre in Christchurch. This will consist of a three day programme, including multiple streams and session formats, workshops, an exhibition area, and social events.
The theme for 2024 is Whakatere, literally translated as the act of steering or navigating (a waka). This reflects our united knowledge and sharing at conference to navigate the physiotherapy profession forward. Overlapping topics of Equity Access Outcomes, Living Well Across the Lifespan, Mental Wellness / Whole Person, and Innovation in Practice will be highlighted and collectively reflected in the theme Whakatere.
