Core Physiotherapy and Exercise Centres are a Physiotherapy-lead allied health business committed to providing clients with comprehensive assessment and treatment programs in a warm and friendly environment. With multiple clinics across Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast, our services include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, back and neck rehabilitation, exercise physiology, psychology, clinical pilates and hydrotherapy.
Our opportunity
We now have a rare opportunity for a passionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. Working across our Mermaid and Bundall practice locations this full time (or significant part time) role will work Monday to Fridays only with an initial focus on general msk. There is opportunity to specialise and work to niche areas of interest with our diverse offerings across our practices including general musc and sports physiotherapy, pre and post surgical rehab, Pilates, group exercise classes, gym rehab, Work-cover, EPC, NDIS, DVA, insurance and private clients, corporate health screening/pre-employments, dry needling and rehab in the Home.
This role would be ideal for an experienced practitioner able to work independently and looking to take the next step in their career. There is future opportunity for leadership and to help shape the site clinical teams and business into the future, supporting an environment of growth and collaboration. You will be fostering a working environment where our team enjoy coming to work and feel supported, heard and appreciated. We provide scheduled mentoring as well as adhoc mentoring as needed within our collaborative team.
We are open to supporting a role that meets your work/life and earning goals including part time hours and a competitive remuneration package with additional commission structure.
About you
To be a good fit for this position you will have:
- A few years experience in a similar private practice environment building and maintaining a caseload
- Good relationship building capacity with a friendly approach to both patients and staff
- A desire to make a difference within your team, industry and local community
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to obtain AHPRA registration
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Leadership and business development experience or aspirations would be highly regarded
