The Role

We are looking for a New Zealand registered Physiotherapist to join the team and provide both clinical and vocational services to our clients. Ongoing professional development opportunities and training will be provided. This is a full-time permanent role but we are happy to discuss options with those looking to work part-time.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a NZ registered physiotherapist, or due to register in 2024, with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, good teamwork and communication skills, and an ongoing commitment to professional development. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Perform a complete and thorough assessment of patients, provide a physiotherapy diagnosis and develop and deliver a patient focused treatment plan. Keep a comprehensive clinical record for each client. Use competent treatment techniques, inform patients of any dangers and perform appropriate safety tests. Complete a discharge summary that incorporates an assessment of the treatment goals and development of the discharge plan. Maintain clear lines of communication with patients, outside referrers, doctors, other health professionals and clinic personnel. Provide vocational rehabilitation services as required.
